An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our orthopaedic AHP team, at Inverclyde Royal Hospital. The post holder will work within, and develop the service to, both elective orthopaedics and trauma step down patients. The post holder will work within the orthopaedics wards. You will be responsible for delivering early interventions, providing specialist assessment and advice and facilitating discharge planning. The successful candidate will work closely with Occupational Therapists, HCSW and the wider MDT. You must be flexible, innovative and a team player with good communication and problem solving skills, and be keen to participate in furthering the development of the service in order to deliver high quality care to our patients. There may be a requirement to provide flexible clinical cover to other clinical areas across Clyde.
It is essential you have a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration with the HCPC. A current Driving Licence is desirable for this post. This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
