About the Position We are looking for an ambitious person with a Graduate Degree with Three to Five years of experience An MBA in Supply Chain with an Engineering background is an added advantage. This role can be based in either of our locations in Pune or Ahmednagar. This role will have to do the following tasks: -Prepare, review and fine-tune daily production master planning using ERP system and other tools capturing all recorded deviations/ delays. - Regular co-ordination between sales and production planners to validate masterplan ensuring updated production plan in Material Requirement Planning( MRP). - Co-ordination between export cell and production regarding material availability - Regular review and recording of master plan vs actuals. - Scenario planning in case of capacity/material constraints (whenever required) followed by communications - Ensure that data in our ERP system related to master scheduling are correct and updated frequently. - Item establishment of master scheduled items in related warehouse. - Co-ordination within functions to manage inventories of manufactured and distributed items through regular review and updating of plan against actual demand. - Monitor and co-ordination on actions on slow-moving inventories - Person should have good proficiency level in MS-Office - Exposure to ERP systems like SAP - Exposure of working with diverse, global stakeholders will be preferred Working at Höganäs We aim to offer a great and meaningful place to work where you can fulfill your potential and ambitions. Responsibilities
The Specialist, Planning will prepare and review daily production master planning using ERP systems while coordinating between sales and production planners. They will also ensure data accuracy in the ERP system and manage inventories through regular reviews.
