Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations to assess aesthetic and reconstructive needs. Plan and execute various plastic and aesthetic surgical procedures, including facial and body contouring, breast surgeries, and scar revisions. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and medical history. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor patients' postoperative recovery, managing any complications or concerns. Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and postoperative care. Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation. Medical degree with specialization in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery. Board certification or equivalent credentials in Plastic Surgery. Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or the UAE. Proven experience performing a variety of plastic and aesthetic surgical procedures. Strong artistic ability and attention to detail in surgical techniques. Excellent communication and patient management skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
