Lead and execute process re-engineering initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles (DMAIC, DMADV). Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps. Utilize process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) to visualize and optimize complex processes. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and ensure smooth execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to mitigate issues. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and track progress. Automation and Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities for automation and implement automation solutions (e.g., RPA, workflow automation) to streamline processes. Drive digital transformation initiatives to leverage technology and improve operational efficiency. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on process improvements, new tools, and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and benefits to stakeholders.
