Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Specialist in Process Management and Transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, project delivery, and the ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of risk intelligence products, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Translate operational requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers.
  • Lead and handle end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure the quality of results.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and project work.
  • Deliver training and support to team members on new processes and tools.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to partners.
  • Address and prioritize tasks promptly to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and raise issues to the concerned groups and line managers as soon as they are identified.
  • Be proactive in identifying tools that can be used to improve processes and support operations.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Process Oriented: Ability to design and implement efficient processes.
  • Six Sigma Certification: Preferred but not required.
  • Coding Languages: Proficiency in Python, C++, and VBA is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Articulate Requirements: Skilled in translating operational needs into technical requirements for developers.
  • UAT/QA Testing Experience: Experience in conducting user acceptance and quality assurance testing is a plus.
  • Project Delivery: Proven experience in running projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Good understanding of Risk intelligence products and tools used in the industry.
  • Ability to prioritize and address tasks promptly.
  • Proactive in identifying and raising issues to the appropriate teams and managers.
  • Eagerness to identify and implement tools that can enhance processes and support operations.
