As a Specialist in Product and Market Analysis Payment (m/f/d), you will develop management-ready reports, dashboards and presentations for the data-based control and further development of our product portfolio in the area of ​​credit cards and payment solutions.

The place of work is either Saarbrücken or Munich .

Your tasks include:

• They develop and maintain management-ready reports, dashboards and presentations for the data-driven control and further development of our product portfolio in the area of ​​credit cards and payment solutions.
• They conduct market and competitive analyses and identify relevant trends and innovations in payment transactions.
• With strong communication skills, you can summarize your findings in presentations and decision papers and represent them convincingly to committees and executives .
• You support your colleagues in the sales and marketing teams through your analyses and communication of product and market developments as well as regulatory innovations.
• You will contribute your analytical skills and market knowledge to projects – sometimes across departments within qards or group-wide together with other companies in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Finance Group). With relevant prior experience, you will also take on the management of (sub-)projects yourself .

What you should bring:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable qualification (e.g. banking apprenticeship with additional business administration qualification).
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in product or project management, ideally with a focus on the payment sector.
• Solid experience in the analysis, preparation and interpretation of key performance indicators ; proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong interest in innovations and trends in cashless payment transactions .
• A high degree of initiative, structured work , and a sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills , confident presentation skills , and enjoyment of working in a team.
• Excellent German skills (C2) in both spoken and written form, fluent in English (B2) .
