Job Description We are looking for a Specialist Product Compliance (m/f/d) to help ensure the conformity of the company’s products and processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee all compliance requirements are consistently met. What you will do: Support in Regulatory Monitoring: Assist in researching and interpreting EU regulations and stay updated on changes. Supplier Document Approval: Request, verify and approve suppliers' EU certificates of conformity and additional technical documentation. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Analysis: Upload, verify and approve Safety Data Sheets within our internal tracking systems. Project Support: Assist in the development of ongoing and future projects dedicated to elevating our cross-company product compliance. Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate closely with legal, supply chain and operational teams to ensure end-to-end process compliance. Process Development: Support the creation, implementation and optimization of internal compliance policies and operational procedures. Product Risk Audits: Conduct proactive audits on the Safety Gate portal to identify potential product risks early. Risk Management: Support the implementation of swift, effective corrective actions if any non-compliant products are identified. Qualifications What you bring to the role: Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or a related technical area. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and an exceptional attention to detail when reviewing technical documents. Organisational Skills: Superb organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple verification tasks seamlessly. Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex requirements clearly to different teams.
