Now Brewing – specialist, product development & innovation! #tobeapartner Job Summary This role contributes to the success of Starbucks Asia Pacific by helping to identify and unlocking long-term whitespace innovation. Supports various concepts and product testing; develops and maintains the product library/database. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Key Responsibilities • Gathers and maintains products, ingredients, flavors, and technology trends information. • Assists to prepare and organize concept testing, ingredients/product tasting sessions. • Compiles sensory results and reports post product tasting sessions. • Maintains the product library/product development database with food and beverage information, as well as packaging data. Initiates technical specifications and technical manual information such as process flows for new and renovated products. • Support product development projects such as concept sharing in ideation stage, prototyping, product testing, tastings, analytical lab tests, and consumer testing as needed. • Maintains project files, develops technical manuals, and documentation. • Collaborates closely with other cross-functional teams – Insights, Product & Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality Assurance team, etc. Required Experience • Min.2 years of work experience in food and beverage, or related food industry • B.
