Responsibilities Collaborating on the concept, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies and promotional programs driving Banca sales and interest. Taking ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimization metrics to ensure campaigns are effective Planning and organizing customer / internal staff event for promoting Banca with fresh & new ideas Collaborate with frontline to align on objectives, campaigns, and go-to-market plan Develop customer communication plans aligned with brand standards Facilitate communication and information exchange between bancassurance, insurance partner, and frontline Requirements Experience with at least 5 years of marketing area, familiar with insurance/Bancassurance is an advantage Self-motivated, independent, strong sense of ownership with ability to work in a team environment. Strong interpersonal, problem solving skills to communicate & manage various of stakeholders and meet deadlines with attention to detail Analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset.
