Corbion is seeking a strong, growth oriented Product Management Specialist to manage the product portfolio in support of organizational strategy and objectives, working with internal cross-functional partners to ensure products are available & sustainably profitable short and long-term. This role reports to the Director, Product Management for our functional system division.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of medium and long term portfolio strategy
  • Price products in alignment with portfolio strategy and facilitate price renewal process
  • Manage the life-cycle of products from set-up, introduction, changes, and end of life rationalization
  • Actively engage in product development and project management
  • Consistently communicate with partners including commercial, operations, research & development, supply chain, marketing, quality, and other internal stakeholders
  • Manage discrepancies in supply and demand with sales, operations, and supply chain
  • Proactively support customer needs and concerns
  • Manage crises including supply shortage, product failure, or regulatory changes
  • Align with marketing and insights to monitor competitive activities within product portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant science (food, chemicals, marketing, business administration)
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management
  • Ability to analyze current business situation and develop short and long term strategy
  • Hands on mentality with past success managing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Self-starter who can work independently or partner with internal cross-functional teams
