Description:
TITLE: SPECIALIST, PRODUCT PORTFOLIO AND LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
We are now looking for a global Product Portfolio and Lifecycle Management Specialist for our Operations unit.
This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to develop and grow in the Business Process Management organization. The role is pivotal in executing our product portfolio and product lifecycle initiatives to maintain a healthy, active product portfolio, digitize product data for automation, optimize product processes, and enable collaboration across all functions, regions, and business units. These efforts aim to foster speed, agility, and compliance within the organization. You will support the Product Portfolio and Product Lifecycle Management capabilities in developing, implementing, and executing the roadmap to support Kemira growth. You can be based at any of our main locations globally.
Operations unit further strengthens our operational backbone, supporting the business units’ growth agendas, safeguarding and enhancing optimization of our supply chain operations and cost efficiency. Importantly, it will allow our business units to concentrate on delivering their ambitious commercial agendas.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating regular product portfolio reviews and categorizations, monitoring new products set ups and products eliminations, and managing portfolio master data (Product Hierarchies, Trade Names) across all Product Line Management teams.
- Implementing product data quality and digitization initiatives in collaboration with product data owners, across business units and functions.
- Monitoring the health, backlog, and speed of product lifecycle management processes, addressing deviations with process coordinators and tasks assignees, and providing support and guidance to improve efficiency
- Providing support for product process and data management, while collecting improvement ideas from stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of product lifecycle management processes and implementing updates to support Kemira’s strategy.
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders across units, regions and functions incl. Product Line Management, Sourcing, Research & Innovation, Manufacturing, and more, to achieve common goals.
- Participating in long-term product portfolio, product lifecycle and product data management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
