MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Business area major preferred:
  • In lieu of a degree, at least 3 years of experience in order shipping or supply chain with order processing required.
  • With a degree at least 1 years of production planning experience within a similar industry preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous community involvement
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must have the ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions, uses hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; ascend stairs; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and hear. In addition, the team member must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities

Conduct daily activities to support the receiving, scheduling, production, shipping, and billing involved in the final tractor assembly process, including M/TLB series and L series roll-on-roll-off (RORO). Provide customer service to our U.S. sales organization regarding product availability, delivery, and sales order maintenance. Coordinate activities with the Manufacturing Department, U.S. sales company, and 3rd party logistics companies to support daily assembly operations.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

  • Cross train in a majority of operational duties noted below to assure that at least two employees can perform every task. In some cases, all analysts will be trained in specific duties.
  • Train in SAP to support operational processes required for tractor final assembly.
  • Conduct order maintenance and billing transactions to assure accurate, timely billing of assembled unit shipments.
  • Schedule daily production according to plan, utilizing open orders and available stock, scheduling priorities such as oldest order, order type, and truckload planning; and line balance rules as set by the manufacturing department. The process involves download and processing of order databases, setting the daily line sequence, contacting U.S. sales company for credit release, and uploading the final schedule to SAP.
  • Monitor inventory levels of all needed products, coordinating with KIE Production Control for KIE produced products, and the U.S. sales company for products they procure/own. Issue stock transfers to the U.S. sales company (NDC), coordinate daily sequenced tire deliveries (Titan), and coordinate daily sequenced deliveries of tractors from the off-site warehouse. Monitor all deliveries for timely receipt to assure on-time production and assembly completion (no backorders to customer).
  • Perform annual physical inventory process, including counting, system input, and reconciling of variances.
  • Support compliance of U.S. sales company SOX standards for accurate control of their assets (consigned goods include tractors, implements, attachments). This includes daily auditing and supporting U.S. sales company internal auditors in their audit process throughout the year.
  • Write procedures and work instructions as directed.
  • Additional duties assigned by management.
