MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member must have the ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions, uses hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; ascend stairs; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and hear. Conduct daily activities to support the receiving, scheduling, production, shipping, and billing involved in the final tractor assembly process, including M/TLB series and L series roll-on-roll-off (RORO). Provide customer service to our U.S. sales organization regarding product availability, delivery, and sales order maintenance. Coordinate activities with the Manufacturing Department, U.S. sales company, and 3rd party logistics companies to support daily assembly operations.
