Military encouraged to apply. Job Description The Specialist, PTW is responsible for overseeing the execution and compliance of merchandising initiatives across internal teams. This role ensures that retail resets, and bimonthly promotional activity for both retail and deli, are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards, while serving as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams. Essential Functions Uses general business understanding to drive decisions regarding execution, communication plans and problem solving. Lead internal and cross functional meetings, to include agenda development, project updates, timeline management and status reporting. Create detailed execution instructions for resets, including planogram implementation, product assortment alignment, signage placement, and safety protocol adherence. Track and report on merchandising compliance for internal service providers. Identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Meets monthly and quarterly targets related to the PTW process with some impact on in-store transactions with target/specific goals given by the Sr. Manager. Work as a mentor to the coordinator, PTW to develop their skills. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent certificate required Minimum 1 years in (type of work) required or equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, complete projects and influence decision making Attention to detail Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives Excellent customer service skills Overnight Travel Overnight travel required is up to 25% If remote, must travel to the corporate office one a month.
