Job Description In collaboration with the Director, Standards and Regulatory Compliance, the incumbent contributes to quality assurance and regulatory compliance for flight operations. This role plays a key part in managing projects and audits to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations. Main Responsibilities Manage flight operations documentation by defining policies, processes, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and keep publications up to date. Ensure rigorous follow-up on findings from ramp inspections conducted by local authorities and implement corrective measures in line with regulatory requirements. Participate in project management initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, standards, and best practices in civil aviation. Identify and assess new initiatives aligned with a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor compliance with applicable standards, including IATA-IOSA (ISARP) requirements, and ensure procedures remain adequate. Maintain the CEA and foreign operations specifications, including the integration of new aircraft and special authorizations. Collaborate with other departments to harmonize processes and ensure standardization across procedures. Qualifications University or college degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline operations in a role directly involving regulatory compliance. In-depth knowledge of aviation legislation and industry practices. Strong understanding of quality management systems and safety standards. Proven project management and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across business units. Oral and written fluency in French and English* *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
