Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Registration Specialist to join our team in Carmel, IN. This role ensures smooth patient flow, accurate records, and excellent service throughout the patient experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM (Onsite) Key Responsibilities: * Greet and check patients in and out efficiently. * Verify insurance information and update patient records. * Create and maintain patient charts. * Collect co-payments and process payments accurately. * Answer incoming calls and assist patients and visitors. * Perform office closing procedures and prepare for the next day.
