Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Media Solutions Specialist to join our Regional Retail Media & Partnerships team. Reporting to the Retail Media Solutions Lead, you will play a critical role in executing biddable retail media campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless operations across our advertising initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with local Retail Media teams to ensure effective campaign execution, maintain high operational standards, and deliver valuable insights to drive growth and efficiency of our partners. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Collaborate and work closely with the markets partnerships managers and account managers to set up and manage both on-site and off-site retail media campaigns, ensuring setup accuracy, timely delivery, quality, and effectiveness. Data-Driven Optimization: Support the team in leveraging data insights to refine campaign strategies, create and adjust audience segments, enhance performance, and achieve key KPIs. Performance Reporting: Create, maintain and monitor detailed reports such as during-campaign performance and post-mortem reports in order to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Inventory Utilization: Monitor and analyze asset inventory usage to maximize advertiser retention and identify growth opportunities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with local market teams to align campaign objectives and maintain consistent communication for smooth execution. Process Governance: Ensure adherence to operational standards, best practices and aligning with governance frameworks established by the Lead. Tools Utilization: Work with Internal AdTech tools and/or off-site platforms (Tradedesk, Meta, DV360 etc) to support performance visibility, campaign tracking, and optimization. Product enhancement: Identify UI / UX growth opportunities to improve process efficiency. Qualifications Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency, AdTech, Digital, brand, or retailer, ideally in eCommerce-related or PPC roles (e.g., Amazon Ads, Criteo, CitrusAd), preferably in FMCG. Technical Skills: Familiarity with various Retail Media Networks and AdTech platforms such as Demand Side Platform (DSP) and retail media/eCommerce campaign management, including performance optimization and ROI analysis. Analytical Abilities: Strong capability to work with data, dashboards and tools to derive actionable insights and support decision-making. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of paid advertising performance metrics, programmatic advertising, and market trends. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders which span multiple timezones. Adaptability: A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
