The Perenti Group operates across a wide range of mining sectors and offers unique career progression opportunities.We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Reward Specialist to support our global remuneration and benefits function within Contract Mining. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our reward offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends, enabling us to attract and retain top talent across our diverse workforce. You’ll work closely with the broader reward team while also contributing to a range of global reward initiatives and projects that support our evolving business needs. This role will be based at our Hazelmere office and is being offered as a permanent full-time position.   What you’ll do Benchmark remuneration to assess salary and incentive competitiveness. Support the annual remuneration review, including data preparation, analysis, and incentive calculations. Assist with WGEA reporting by analysing and aligning workforce data. Provide guidance on remuneration frameworks, policies, and processes. Advise Leaders and HR team on market pay and incentive eligibility for employees. Review benefits against market trends to ensure competitive positioning. Contribute to global reward projects, including new benefits and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the global reward function, driving efficiency and aligning practices with industry best standards in remuneration and benefits management.    What you’ll bring: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret remuneration and market data. Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics within a complex organisation. Solid understanding of remuneration frameworks, salary benchmarking, and incentive design. High attention to detail, particularly in data preparation, reporting, and calculations. Confidence partnering with stakeholders and advising leaders on reward matters. Knowledge of (or exposure to) WGEA reporting or similar regulatory requirements. Commercial mindset with the ability to balance market competitiveness and business needs. Collaborative approach with the ability to support global, cross-functional teams. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.   Why Barminco?
