We are currently seeking a Specialist Rheumatologist to join a prestigious Government Hospital. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide advanced care to a diverse patient population within the public healthcare system. As a Specialist Rheumatologist in a Government Hospital setting, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with a wide array of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and accessible patient care while contributing to the hospital’s mission of serving the community. Responsibilities Evaluate patients presenting with rheumatological complaints through detailed history-taking and clinical examination. Order and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations including laboratory tests and imaging studies. Diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, and others. Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans based on clinical findings and current best practices. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies to optimize treatment effectiveness and safety. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the hospital to ensure integrated care delivery. Participate in hospital programs, training, and community outreach initiatives as required. Proven experience in managing a wide range of rheumatologic conditions in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of evidence-based rheumatology treatment protocols and government healthcare regulations. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a public hospital environment. Excellent communication and patient management skills suitable for diverse patient populations. Commitment to public service and community health improvement. Willingness to participate in continued medical education and hospital initiatives.
