Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Specialist Rider Engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication and engagement strategies for our riders. You will work closely with several stakeholders to ensure our riders are informed, engaged, and connected to our organization. What's on your plate? Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies for our riders. Develop and design visual content for various digital media platforms, including in-app messages and websites. Work with the rider experience team to develop content strategies and ensure content alignment with the engagement strategy. Organize and coordinate engagement activities such as appreciation events, contests, and recognition programs. Gather rider feedback regularly through surveys, focus groups, or interviews to improve their experience. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor rider satisfaction, value proposition, retention, and engagement metrics. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement programs and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels. Qualifications What did we order? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. 3+ years of experience in operations, communications, or community engagement (preferably in delivery, logistics, or ride-hailing industries). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and Canva is a plus. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills.
