This position is out of our Mumbai, India office of MMGS. We will count on you to: Research policy information for insolvent carriers, acquisitions and updated reporting email addresses. Maintain accurate records and data in claim files. Communicate with US based consultants. Respect and maintain client confidentiality. What you need to have: 1-3 years of experience with business experience. Candidates with General Insurance domain across different types of claims, claims lifecycle and claim data will be preferred Experienced in drafting/editing content, maintaining process logs and managing document systems. Graduate in any Stream or any equivalent education programme Candidates with prior experience in Claims Notice processing for US Casualty coverage will have an advantage Microsoft Excel Intermediate on data wrangling and data transformation. Must be at Intermediate level of proficiency Strong verbal and written communication skills - excellent email writing skills. Basic level understanding of BI tool or Advance excel with demonstrated experience in building data transformation and modelling will be an added advantage What makes you stand out?
