" Job Description This role will require experience in Steer enterprise risk management initiatives, ensuring robust governance, proactive mitigation, and alignment with strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement in risk frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Risk Management Framework Ownership: Enhance ERM policies and governance aligned with ISO 31000/COSO. Strategic Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing for global business units. Risk Appetite & Tolerance: Define and monitor risk appetite metrics; ensure alignment with management expectations. KRI Dashboard & Analytics: Design enterprise dashboards; leverage analytics tools for predictive insights. Horizon Scanning: Identify emerging risks (geopolitical, regulatory, cyber, ESG) and prepare impact assessments. Regulatory Disclosures: Lead risk disclosures for 20-F, Annual Report, DJSI, and sustainability filings. Loss Data & Benchmarking: Maintain loss repository; benchmark against peers; integrate external alerts. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate risk workshops; present heatmaps and mitigation progress to business units. Skills & Attributes: Good understanding of ERM frameworks and global compliance requirements. Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). Ability to interpret complex regulatory landscapes and emerging risk trends. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. Capability to drive cross-functional initiatives. KPIs / Performance Metrics: Timely completion of risk assessments and reporting. Accuracy and effectiveness of KRI dashboards. Reduction in high-risk exposures through proactive mitigation.
