First Aid / CPR training preferred OSHA 10-hour training preferred Supervisory experience preferred ISO 45001 experience preferred Multi-task Effective communication Excellent organization and administration Work independently Highly diplomatic and tactful Maintain confidentiality Adapt to changing needs in fast paced environment Cope with stressful situations Effective time management Provide Leadership   Physical Requirements: Ability to see and hear (correctable) Ability to communicate verbally Ability to travel up to 10 percent Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer Safety toe shoes required   Potential Hazards: NORMAL OFFICE HAZARDS Hazard associated with business   Essential Duties: * Support management to develop, administer &/or maintain safety programs and related training. * Maintain and implement associated safety related manuals/procedures (i.e., WVSM). * Coordinate Incident investigations. * Interpret OSHA regulations and act as resource to employees.  * Communicate with outside parties as needed. * Track and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT related certifications, i.e., forklift, blood borne pathogen and reasonable suspicion  * Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, company policies and procedures. * Interface effectively with other departments and suppliers. * Support emergency first responders. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, TISAX, ISMS, and Safety related    policies. * Understand and apply ISO 45001. * Perform routine process safety inspections campus wide. * Conduct Job Safety – Analysis for all areas. * Lead new hire training in Safety awareness/policies * Industrial Hygiene Studies (Indoor air quality, noise, ergonomics) including recommendations to management for improvements * Conduct emergency drills, training etc. * Approve/maintain products that require Safety Data Sheets for compliance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and WVEMS    Other Duties:   * Serve as a member of the Safety Committee. * Maintain, inventory for PPE related supplies. * Travel and/or overtime as required. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.
