Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Midcap corporate and SME as well as institutional clients to provide tailored solutions in response to evolving client hedging and investment needs Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across the bank's product suite, including derivatives Collaborate with the broader team to deliver a seamless client experience and drive business growth Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing relationships Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring maximum efficiency and full alignment with regulatory standards Provide professional day-to-day support to the team and ensure timely execution and accurate deal input Proactively undertake other necessary tasks to meet evolving business demands and control requirements, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to overall team success Requirements Proven track record in sales and advisory roles within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on derivatives products Excellent business development and client management skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities Self-motivated, strong team player and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across different functions Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver effectively in a time-pressured environment Proficient in interpreting, understanding, and communicating data and market information to clients Solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and a commitment to maintaining compliance The hiring process for this role is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme.
