What You'll Do You will do SALES Manage end-user and distributor sales, focusing on customer needs and relationship building. You will do SALESS&OP Oversee demand planning and forecasting to align with business goals and sales targets. Manage inventory and tire pool to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand. Coordinate factory orders to ensure timely inventory replenishment and meet production schedules. Facilitate communication with the supply chain team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist in managing shipping, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to customers. Process warehouse invoices accurately and ensure timely processing and payment. Conduct regular warehouse stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize stock control. You will do SALESLogistic Manage 3rd party service provider (warehouse, logistic) to confirm daily/weekly/monthly tire in&out move smoothly. Manage customs clearance, follow government Processing daily / weekly / monthly inventory stock review and analysis. You will do SALESCRM Manage end-user and distributor relationships, ensuring strong communication and long-term partnerships. Respond to customer requests promptly, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their needs. Oversee premature tyre removal management, ensuring timely interventions and coordination with customers to resolve issues effectively. You will do SALESAdmin & Reporting Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer and supplier invoices. Contribute to demand meeting presentations by providing relevant data and insights on inventory, sales, and demand forecasts. Contribute to S&OP meeting presentations, sharing operational and sales updates to support decision-making. Generate business reports, providing detailed analysis of sales, inventory, and financial performance. Oversee tyre pool management, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely rotations for customers. Respond to ad-hoc internal and external requests, providing support as needed to various stakeholders. Provide miscellaneous internal support, assisting in the execution of various administrative tasks. Conduct the training of new hires, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
