We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to spearhead our vocational education initiatives in the African markets. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence in the vocational education sector.    As member of the Enterprise Learning & Skills (ELS) VQ Sales Team, the Sales Specialist will work collaboratively as appropriate with colleagues to build business in line with customer needs. You will provide expert professional guidance and support to your customers.         Key Responsibilities:    Sales Strategy Development:    Lead on the annual and LRP strategy for growth    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the vocational education market.    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.    Stakeholder Management:    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners.    Liaise and build relevant regulatory and other recognition within the territory.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.     Commercial Tasks:    Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts, and commercial performance reporting  Lead negotiations and close deals with educational institutions and corporate clients.  Prepare and present sales proposals, ensuring they meet the specific needs of clients.     Market Research and Analysis:    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.  Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.     Leadership:    Deliver a culture of high performance and accountability.    Experience:    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.    Strong understanding of vocational education and training systems    Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills    Ability to work independently and as part of a team     Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.   Valid driver's license and access to a car as travel will be required.    Proficiency at C1 level in English    Desirable: B2 proficiency in Swahili or French
