Introduction: Reporting to Sales & Service Manager CAMECA and in his geographical area of responsibility, your main mission is to support the sales & service managers for the Marcom, commercial and service activities of CAMECA and the coordination of activities related to CAMECA country team. Responsibilities: The Sales & Service Specialist will Manage the administrative tasks of the local Cameca team: sales, marcom and after-sales. In the absence of the Sales Managers, within the framework of the delegation given by the Sales Manager. Control inventory and follow up on orders & delivery to clients per requirements from service team. Take charge of issuing quotes and invoices and ensure follow-up in conjunction with Cameca's accounting/financial department. Manage logistics for shipping parts and tools for Fields Service Engineer on-site operations. Participate in the preparation of calls for tenders and collect all the necessary elements from Cameca operations: Gennevilliers (FR), Madison (US) Follow the flow of goods to customers and keep them informed of the situation in real time Organize and support marketing events such as conferences, exhibitions, workshops and visits. Assist area/sales managers in market research and market intelligence gathering. Support service manager for daily operation data. Support all activities in relation to CAMECA business in the country. Requirements: Education & experience: Secretary / assistant education in international business Fluent in the country language of communication, and English for the internal communication Office productivity: CRM, Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP, etc. Professionnal knowledge & abilities: Able to manage the daily task. Understand the command from management & work by autonomy; Sense of organization; Availability; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
