Description
Perform SAP application design, development and implementation within the organization and IT SAP Applications architecture. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM. Provide application support with high service levels. Business metrics: Business metrics relevant to achieving the essential accountabilities below.   General responsibilities: Support superior in managing day-to-day support and potentially project related subjects. Provide development within, and alignment to, architectural blueprint designs. Adhere to established best practices, procedures, guidelines, and compliance with respect to SAP application architecture standards. Develop application solution designs that align with the defined SAP Applications architecture, standards, and processes. Gather and analyze business requirements; develop appropriate SAP application solutions covering technical design, business processes and operations. Research, evaluate SAP application architecture design and new technology, recommend where needed. Maintain and share procedures for SAP application design, development, and deployment. Share best practice to other teams related to SAP Applications design, development, processes, and policies to ensure adherence. Support SAP Applications issues: escalate complex issues in a timely manner to achieve/maintain user satisfaction. Understand and establish communication on user needs and priorities. Ensure service level adherence. Able to work in agile environment and handle multiple initiatives parallelly. Can cope with and recover quickly from problems and setbacks. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior team members.    Functional Skills & Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. Demonstrate SAP SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience in any modules (e.g. SD, WM, EWM, PP, QM etc.) Demonstrate basic knowledge in SAP integration. Understanding of accounting business processes Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. Experience in Supply Chain or Distribution company is an asset. Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken   Education: Bachelor’s degree in computing/information technology or its equivalent
