Job Overview 综述 Deployment Planner Responsibilities 职责 Review stock transfer requisitions and generate stock transfer orders to position products across multiple shipping locations (warehouses, manufacturing sites) and monitor stock transfer movement status and exceptions (STO Alerts). Review Order Cockpit AT Block and SAP GIB report and proactive resolve material availability issue, re-ATP for the impacted SO and send alerts to inform CSR in SAP. Communicate resolution and / or assign owner. Coordinate with cross function team(warehouse/import & export/TC/CSR, etc.) to analyze and resolve STO delivery/ transportation related issues. Coordinate and assist supply planner on any deviations from the plan and resolving exceptions to manage demand fluctuation and mismatches of supply and demand. Review and recommend cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize current product distribution network parameters. Extend material / transfer price to requested location to ensure delivery for new grades. Block stock and discount inventory STO management. Stay up to date with safety requirements and regulations. Qualifications 要求 1. At least 5 year's supply chain related experience 2. Proficiency in Excel, exposure to Power BI is a plus 3. Good written and oral English skills 4. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and grow 5. Strong logical thinking, communication and data analysis skills, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement mindset
Responsibilities
The Specialist, Scheduling will review stock transfer requisitions and generate stock transfer orders while monitoring stock transfer movement status. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery and transportation issues.
