About Pandora Production Vietnam Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards. Main purpose of the role: Ensuring company assets and employees are secured. Monitor security guard operations to make sure they are within the scope of work and procedure. Support employees regarding security requests, including providing security improvement, to ensure the operation complies with security standards and compliance. • Coordinate with the operation team regarding security related • Manage and oversee daily security operations • Response to emergencies follow the ERP • Participated in the security-related activities such as security training, security audits, security investigation, security evaluation, security exhibitions, or workshop events. Key accountabilities: • Perform duty officer responsibilities for both day and night shifts • Monitor and control security operations & performance to ensure compliance to SLAs; provide feedback to service provider for improving performance • Respond to the security request from employees and others • Respond to emergency situations according to procedure (i.e., fire, strike & protest, theft, threats) • Conduct security site walk/Gemba walk, security risk assessment and security prevention recommendations to Manager, Security • Conduct security trainings/induction for employees and contractors and outsourced security personnel • Conduct security reports such daily/weekly security report, monthly KPIs report, security incident report, security investigation report, and/or related security operations reports. • Support activities to increase security awareness: security exhibitions, security workshop events, security committee. • Support investigation/disciplinary progress in collaboration amongst departments. Main purpose of the role: • College or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Law, Business Management or related fields • Physical security management in manufacturing environment with minimum 2 years or relevant experiences. • Experience in security outsource management or investigation will be an advantage. • Security contract management • Knowledge of security system, tools and equipment • Human resource management • Good Leadership, negotiation, teamwork, facilitation, evaluation and communication skills. • Hands-on incident management & emergency response is required. • Intermediate English skills • Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Flatform) • Genetec software (Integrated Security System), Investigation, OSINT flatform #LI-TL1
