Description

Implement export control requirements in IT applications like SAP and TA22. Participate in ad-hoc projects and APAC ECC workshops. Assist the Export Control Operations team with preparing documentation for audits and maintaining accurate records of past shipments. Collaborate on digitalisation initiatives, maintain project overviews, and acquire new skillsets to optimise workflows and compliance processes. Participate in external training sessions and contribute to internal awareness programs to ensure alignment with changing regulations and best practices. A degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field. At least two years of experience in a relevant role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment. Experience in Data Analytics for Export Controllers is a plus. Proficiency in data analytics and tools like Excel, with SAP knowledge as an added advantage. A passion for digitalization and process improvement, with a willingness to acquire new skills.
