Job Role / Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology, you are expected to be a highly motivated and energetic individual to support our enterprise Microsoft Exchange email solution. You should possess migration and integration skills to determine coexistence and maintenance strategies and solutions between on-premise systems and the cloud. The skills to support such complex hybrid scenarios will be essential for this evolving role. You will work closely with multiple client/customers, vendors, partners, technical account managers; will provide the necessary support to ensure the infrastructure is performing optimally; establish standard policies, prepares support documentation, and provides training to team members. You will respond to service request and request fulfilment on a regular basis while managing project concurrently. Specifically, you will be responsible to; administering IT Messaging Systems - Effectively manage the performance and troubleshoot any issue that may arise in the existing IT Messaging Systems design & Implementing new Innovations - Identifying gaps in the existing IT operations environment and developing innovative solutions to enhance the system and presenting new ideas and solution to management to enhance the standard of IT services to the hospital and its user communication and knowledge sharing amongst IT Staff ensure self and team growth through Training Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering MCSA, MCSE Messaging will be preferred minimum 5 years relevant experience in the field of IT infrastructure and Systems participated in a large-scale migration from MS Exchange 2010 to MS Exchange 2013 & Office 365 have strong hands-on experience on Microsoft windows, Failover Clusters, Active Directory, MS exchange 2010 & 2013, Office 365, CentOS & Red Hat Linux technical, Managerial, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and friendly manner, both written and verbal ability to work well with others, as well as independently strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a business environment ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers to gain their trust and respect ability to professionally deal with difficult people or situations ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and can learn new skills and knowledge experience working within large and complex technical environments.
