  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the shared services specialists and team and ensure accurate delivery of HR services to internal and external customers.
  • Update the information of new employees and other changes related to current employees in HR records and systems.
  • Support to maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures as per UAE labor law while raising the awareness among employees regarding these new changes.
  • Handle AD Ports Group employee queries, requests, complaints, and grievances and ensure a timely response is provided.Carry out and implement new shared services initiatives as received from the shared services management.


    • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour law, government regulations, and industry standards

    • Proficient in HRMS and other HR systems
    • Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and trends.
    • Experience with presenting information to groups and managing projects.
      Strong problem-solving skills.
