Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the shared services specialists and team and ensure accurate delivery of HR services to internal and external customers.
- Update the information of new employees and other changes related to current employees in HR records and systems.
- Support to maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures as per UAE labor law while raising the awareness among employees regarding these new changes.
- Handle AD Ports Group employee queries, requests, complaints, and grievances and ensure a timely response is provided.Carry out and implement new shared services initiatives as received from the shared services management.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour law, government regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in HRMS and other HR systems
- Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and trends.
- Experience with presenting information to groups and managing projects.
Strong problem-solving skills.
