We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Shareholder Services to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Analysis and input to detail across the trade lifecycle for transaction taxes treatment. * Verification of stamp duty nominal balances between extract and Nexus to substantiate on a daily basis. * Investigation and resolution of SDRT/Stamp Duty exceptions. * Creation of payments in line with HMRC/Revenue Commissioner deadlines. * Investigation and preparation of SDRT/Stamp Duty reclaims for submission to Revenue * Processing of reclaimed SDRT /Stamp Duty funds. * Account for stamp duty on rolling basis for unpaid CREST items (UK and Irish). * Monitor of clients’ inputs to ensure Pershing’s SDRT regulatory requirements are met. * Review of trade and stamp duty information from CSDs * Processing of Euroclear SDRT reclaims. * Review of clients’ entitlements to exemptions * Daily completion of French, Italian and Spanish FTT reconciliation process.
