REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of success with several years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in B2C industries such as Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Travel & Transport, etc.
• Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, from a crowd of a thousand to a CMO or two developers.
• Familiarity with running discovery workshops, proof of concepts, and applying design thinking techniques.
• Ability to switch quickly between different modes of thinking and tasks.
• Self-starter who is highly creative and able to manage and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work with the sales team to understand and present a business case to clients, articulating a technical solution and highlighting business benefits in a language they understand.
• Deep technical expertise in any of the following domains: digital marketing, customer data platforms, advertising, commerce, BI & Analytics, Web analytics, CRM, CMS.
• Knowledge of modern marketing and web technologies.
• Strong conceptual understanding of database design and proficiency in database queries.
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency.
• Fluent in English + one of the aforementioned Nordic languages, with the Right to Work in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark.
