General Description The position is responsible for all transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services activities for JapanYour Key Responsibilities Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (eg. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data) Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up-to-date Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services Providing feedback to drive continual improvement Your Qualifications HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply! Cross-cultural experience gained from working culturally diverse environments Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially Proficient in HR systems, Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus Language skills (Japanese @ N2) is a MUST Involve in Knowledge Transfer, Go live processes and activities from Japan entity to Malaysia Shared Service Center.
