Administers established personnel policies and practices. Registers new and returning employees for Housing. Assists Manager and Director with special projects. Performs routine clerical duties. Shares receptionist office duties. Fast-paced environment Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in office work, preferably HR related. Computer literate with Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have high standard of confidentiality. Must have a valid CA driver's license. Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.
