Job Description Vendor management Function Manage key vendors for foodpanda, including conducting store visits, troubleshooting problems, fostering loyalty, and acting as the main contact Assist in strategic planning to improve shop performance Monitor and analyze account performance, proactively addressing issues, and coordinating with marketing for effective campaign execution Negotiate with vendors on commissions and exclusivity to support revenue, coordinate for deals and campaigns, and manage high item not delivered rate shops Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve performance, and prepare to discuss these with management Collaborate with team and vendors to set up and execute initiatives and projects that enhance growth, profitability, and customer experience Responsible for acquiring new vendors as assigned to expand the business portfolio Meeting and signing Strategic Key Vendors and getting them on board. Ensure continuous growth in orders through – New Vendor Onboarding, Existing Inventory Optimization, and activation Support Function Assist in ad-hoc project rollouts Participate in regional monthly meetings Collaborate with various departments to enhance vendor performance and address issues Support other teams such as QA and Sales by collecting pertinent data Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline Fluent in English Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Basic to Advanced) Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Minimum 2 years of job-related experience Effective communication across geographical and cultural boundaries, and the ability to navigate large matrix organizations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills Efficient management of internal and external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills and competent presentation skills Willingness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and high-growth environment Strong negotiation skills Additional Information Dynamic and challenging working environment with a steep learning curve.
