Job Description:
The Specialist, Strategic Finance & Business Performance Data will support the Americas BU finance leadership, and the business generally, with data and insightful analysis that will drive decision making. This position will be part of a focused-on data development and thoughtful, accurate, and timely reporting to leaders.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Access skills.
• Provides forward looking thinking in addition to gaining comfort with reporting of actual financial results.

• Ability to prioritize highest value tasks.
• Takes initiative and has a sense of ownership.

Acts with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to multitask and act nimbly and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic work environment.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Data Support and Analysis: Assist in the collection, integration, and analysis of financial and business performance data from various sources. Support the team in preparing reports that highlight key performance indicators and business insights.
• Data Integrity and Controls: Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs. Implement controls to ensure data accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare financial reports and presentations for Strategic Finance & Business Performance team, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication. Assist in the development of commentary explaining financial results.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Assistance: Support the budgeting process by gathering necessary data and assisting in the development of financial forecasts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track business performance metrics, assisting in the identification of trends and variances, and developing opportunities for future data enhancements.

You will report to Manager, Strategic Finance & Business Performance Data, Americas.
