IPC is seeking a highly motivated Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Platforms to be responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance the efficiency, usability, and value of IPC’s equipment ordering systems. This role helps deliver a seamless experience for Franchisee Members by contributing to platform improvements, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Platform Experience also leads assigned programs, including resolving escalations, managing vendor relationships, driving continuous improvement, and delivering training to franchisees and third parties to maximize program adoption and impact.

Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Platform supports the continuous improvement of the equipment ordering system and other areas of the business as assigned. This position will work with various departments within IPC – including but not limited to the Equipment Sourcing, Member Experience, and IT departments. As a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Platform, your daily functions will include:

  • Assist in managing project timelines, monitoring task progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope definitions, schedules, risk assessments, and outcome reports.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and testing of enhancements to the equipment ordering platform, with a focus on improving user experience and system usability.
  • Support the day-to-day management of existing programs, including onboarding processes, reporting, special requests, and operational tasks.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with third-party suppliers and internal departments such as Equipment Sourcing, Member Experience, and IT.
  • Assist in the development of communications, training materials, and presentations to support franchisee understanding and effective use of the ordering system.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to coordinate the onboarding of new products into the equipment ordering platform.
  • Support the resolution of supplier-related issues to ensure a high level of franchisee satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative and project support to contribute to the successful execution of team objectives and broader business goals
