This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do • Lead the design and delivery of consistent supplier performance reporting/dashboards to allow benchmarking. •Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to supply chain and assessing teams to support supplier conversations. • Engage with strategic suppliers to maintain strong partnerships aligned with IAG standards. • Drive continuous improvement programs with suppliers. • Support audits and governance processes to ensure contractual compliance. Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako | What You'll Bring • Solid experience in supplier performance management or similar roles. • Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability and ability to utilise multiple data sources. • Ability to translate data into insights and influence decision-making. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Highly organized, results-driven, and curious with a problem-solving mindset.
