Provide hospital based clinical nutrition and dietetics service for surgical patients within a surgical special care unit and surgical wards requiring highly specialist dietetic treatment Plan and prioritise own caseload and support other team members. Undertake complex nutritional assessment and calculation of nutritional requirements for surgical patients.
