Job Purpose The Specialist Talent Acquisition & HR is responsible for managing recruitment activities and supporting HR operational processes to advance MoonLake’s HR strategy and growth objectives during a key period. Major Accountabilities Talent Acquisition Delivery: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation, in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process Recruitment Data & Systems: Keep recruitment records and dashboards updated in the HRIS/ATS, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting needs. External Partner Coordination: Liaise with recruitment agencies and job boards to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. HR Operations Support: Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, and other lifecycle events, ensuring compliance and smooth execution. HR Administration: Support the organisation of HR-related meetings, training sessions, and internal initiatives. Your profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience). Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ideally within life sciences, pharma, or biotech. Experience working in Europe and/or the US, with familiarity of local employment practices in these regions preferred. Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies: Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations. Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
