    REQUISITION ID: 10570 LOCATION:  Chennai DEPARTRMENT: Service Technical Backoffice  YOUR TASKS: Manage GWO training system.Assist operation team with training certification  Manage the ordering process for necessary tools and equipment for the academy. Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated. Manage trainings purchase orders and invoices, providing follow-up support to ensure timely delivery. Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards. QH&S KPI monitoring. Ensure all countries do it in the same manner Quality analysis within the maintenance plans and reports Preparation of Q-talk for the technical teams in the wind farms (master tech, lead tech)    YOUR  PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field Minimum of 4-6 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry)  Proven experience in project coordination or similar role Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong multitasking skills  Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Advanced Microsoft office skills  Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
