Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge software solutions. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver exceptional user experiences. Job Responsibilities * Participate in action planning and strategic initiatives for technical projects. * Engage in the full application development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. * Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and proposed solutions. * Perform code compilation, decompilation, and analysis for debugging and optimization. * Configure and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. * Demonstrate strong digital literacy across various platforms and tools. * Document and model user requirements to translate business needs into technical specifications. * Design and implement intuitive Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) to enhance user interaction. * Provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. * Execute rigorous IT testing procedures to ensure software quality and reliability. * Configure and manage portal servers, including relevant services and integrations. * Oversee program installation, version control, and release management processes. * Apply best practices of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to all projects. * Contribute to User Experience (UX) Design, focusing on usability and accessibility. * Manage WAN switching and firmware configurations to maintain network integrity. Job Qualifications * Proven experience in application development and software engineering. * Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Proficiency in compiling and decompiling code for analysis and optimization. * Demonstrated expertise in computer system configuration and maintenance. * Familiarity with Graphical User Interface (GUI) design principles and implementation. * Experience in IT testing methodologies and quality assurance. * Knowledge of portal server configuration and management. * Competence in program installation, versioning, and release management. * Experience with WAN switching and firmware configuration is a plus. * Excellent digital literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Ability to effectively document and model user requirements. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
