Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy, for our brands Work closely with people partners, talent acquisition teams and business leaders to align their teams with the regional and global TR strategy. Drive and communicate the Total Rewards processes within your business area, ensuring agility and data accuracy at every step. Use systems like Workday to run seamless pay review cycles, ensuring the process is efficient and data-driven. Provide comprehensive data insights that help leaders make informed decisions about their people. Ensure the adoption of the global TR strategy across all entities you support, maintaining compliance and consistency. Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network Support the regional benefits strategy to ensure we offer the best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at the best possible cost Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
