Description
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Trading Assistant to join our Trading team. This role location is to be determined.   In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Provide assistance to the trading desk with simple client order execution from less sophisticated clients. * Liaise with support teams to ensure full allocation and resolve issues throughout the trade life cycle. * Facilitate less complex orders for internal departments and provide initial recommendations on the pricing of securities under guidance. * Execute smaller or less complex trades, determine appropriate prices for transactions, and assist in managing a small book of business with delegated responsibilities from senior traders.   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. * 0-1 years of total work experience preferred; experience in trading or brokerage preferred. * Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. * Ability to handle basic client inquiries, track trades, correct routine trade problems, and complete assigned basic research assignments for the Trading function.
