Contribute to both the qualitative and quantitative development of the sales force * Deliver training courses for AR/AL covering both knowledge and skill, while maintaining regular class schedule in line with the training plan * Prepare, organize, and report on training activities in accordance with the training plans for each business office Support activities at Sales Office * Support and organize Customer seminars, recruitment seminars, specialized training sessions, and events. * Participate in new product training sessions * Continuously improving presentation and facilitation skills * Contribute to improving EHC, Mo-M3, and pass rate * Attend meeting together with the Sales force * Participate in projects in coordination with D&D

Responsibilities
