Job Advert
Are you an experienced administrator that would like to work in our South East Technical Surveillance Unit (SETSU), which provides a technical support capability to the South East Region of SEROCU.
We are looking for somebody that can provide both logistical and administrative support to SETSU. It is a varied and busy role, which includes the management and coordination of procurement alongside a requirement to collate performance statistics on a regular basis. You will need to be comfortable taking minutes of meetings and possess excellent IT and communication skills.
Alongside this, you will have responsibility for coordinating scheduled maintenance of SETSU facilities in conjunction with our Facilities team.
This role is office based working 32 hours over Monday to Friday and we are looking for somebody that can begin at 08:00 each day with flexibility to adjust finish times once agreed after the interview stage.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven administrative experience, with the ability to take minutes of meetings.
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven experience of multi tasking and prioritising their workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Integrity and discretion when dealing with highly confidential information.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Due to the nature of our work, security is of paramount importance to us and therefore it will be necessary to pass and maintain vetting level SC.
