Demonstrates passion for delivering superior results; strives to continuously improve processes, systems or services Good understanding of following Maritime processes: o    Voyage Economics for time charters, voyage charters.o    Freight systems, reporting and SAPo    Analytics, extracting voyage reports from systems and performance of sub-teams o    Lay time calculation, bulk and oil and gas trade and export Documentationo    LOI, B/L and understanding of trade finance flows and requirementso    Financial reconciliation of voyageso    Time charter & bunkering managemento    Differentials Calculationso    Manage the month end process and get sign off from relevant management representativeo    Dispute resolution management, tracking and escalation   Stakeholders: Engagement with other specialists/principles globally to understand the overall progress of voyage management for Maritime as a whole. Develop and maintain excellent customer service relationships with stakeholders in Minerals and Petroleum, Vessel Owners and Freight teams regarding voyage progress, vessel movement, load and discharge status, cargo documents and optimization of voyage economics. · Identifies and cultivates internal and external alliances that lead to successful outcomes for the organization and its customers and suppliers; positions the BHP for future success by identifying new opportunities through relationships. Act as a SME for all operational issues with key stakeholders.   Process Leverage technology to improve own and team’s productivity as well as quality of service. Formulates innovative ideas and approaches to processes, systems or services; seeks and implements opportunities to improve, streamline or re-invent work processes; tries different and creative ways to deal with issues and opportunities. Partakes in departmental projects to achieve the desired objectives and delivering on the overall strategy.  About You   Bachelor degree in supply chain, shipping and or commodity trading or maritime economics With relevant experience in wet/dry bulk execution and managing end to end operations Fluent English, both verbal and written High level of attention to details  About Our Process    At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
