Description Weekly Sunday and Wednesday night shift 8PM - 11PM Wall Maintenance Specialists are responsible for preparing the climbing wall for Routesetting. This includes stripping old boulders off the climbing wall, washing dirty climbing holds, and washing the climbing wall. Wall Maintenance Specialists work in a team of 2-3 people per shift and report directly to the Head Routesetter. Requirements Operating a drill to remove holds + volumes from the climbing wall Navigating up and down a ladder on top of foam climbing padding Lifting heavy objects (50 lbs) overhead Operating a power washer to clean dirty climbing holds Hand washing the climbing wall with wet rags

Responsibilities

Wall Maintenance Specialists prepare the climbing wall for Routesetting by stripping old boulders, washing dirty climbing holds, and cleaning the wall surface. This work is performed in shifts of 2-3 people under the direction of the Head Routesetter.
